What's a better way to drink a #beer than with your friends? Or what's a better way to share your favorite Christmas cocktail recipe than with your mom for Christmas? At the #The5thPour, we value the connection and community within the Fargo-Moorhead area... it's something worth celebrating!
Importance of Connection
Here at #The5thPour, we are here for you! We strive to create a space of inclusivity, diversity, and acceptance. We know the Fargo-Moorhead area is a richly diverse area, and that there is an array of identities, abilities, and individuals. We value that, and we hope you do too. For all of us, connecting with our customers is a key part to the success of #The5thPour. To put it simply, when you're happy, we're happy!
Our Goal
When you're at #The5thPour, we want you to feel at home. Not only should you feel welcomed to show up as you are, but we hope you also feel welcomed to stay and share a drink with us... or 5! Our staff is dedicated to creating an environment that is accessible and inviting. We want to serve you your favorite #drinks as well as a #great place to have fun and share a drink!
Ways to Celebrate Community
Celebrating community doesn't have to start and stop with us. Community is created and established by each and every one of our customers... including you! Here are a few ways you can help us create and promote a #welcoming. #inclusive, and #safe environment for everyone:
Tell us if you see any sort of discrimination at play
Call us and each other out if you hear us using any sort of offensive language
Try using gender neutral pronouns
Flag down a bartender if you need help, assistance, or another drink!
Know your limits
Don't be afraid to #Cheers!
