Meet David! #The5thPour's weekday bartender!
Who are you?
Hey! I'm David, and I am #The5thPour's weekday bartender. You can usually catch me in the bar from 12:00-5:00 every Monday-Friday, and occasionally 12:00-9:00 on Saturdays. I joined #The5thPour's staff in early March, straight out of bartending school. Being a bartender here has allowed me to make some new friends, chill with the bros, and show off my glass carrying skills. Incredible, isn't it?
Why do you work here?
Like I said earlier, working at #The5thPour has given me a great sense of community in the Fargo-Moorhead area. I love working with such an engaging and interactive staff. It also means a lot to me that #The5thPour is focused on community beyond just serving them what's on tap. Here, we focus on the people in our bar. That's what means the most to us.
What are some fun facts about you?
Well, I'm colorblind! That's a big one. I also really enjoy being with people and making them laugh. One of my talents is that I can recite "It's Tricky" by Run DMC completely from memory. It's actually really impressive. I also love to do "The Stance." My favorite drink is an Irish car bomb! Let me make you one.
